Manny Pacquiao vs. Miguel Cotto

After successfully defending his WBO Welterweight belt against Joshua Clottey, the Puerto Rican fighter Miguel Cotto next fight is against the Filipino superstar ant the best pound-for-pound king, Manny Pacquiao. The Pacquiao vs. Cotto match is scheduled on November 14, 2009 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas Nevada and can be watched also on HBO Pay per View. The Pound for Pound king already gave the signal to his promoter Bob Arum to set a fight for the WBO Welterweight title after the match of Cotto and Clottey last June. Both camp of Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao and Miguel Cotto agreed to fight on 145 pounds, two below the welterweight limit and five above the light-welterweight category maximum weight limit. Although there are still finalizing all the papers to make this match materialize between the camp of Pacquaio and Cotto but this will sure to all boxing fans that the fight is still on.
